About ElevateEd
Career development and progression support for education professionals.
ElevateEd is Elmway Education’s specialist career development offer for education professionals who are ready for change, progression or a new challenge. Built on Deborah Myers’ passion for helping talented people stay, progress and thrive in the profession, it was created to support individuals to find the right role, in the right setting, at the right time.
With more than 30 years’ experience as a teacher, senior leader, local authority adviser, Director of Education and former Ofsted Additional Inspector, Deborah has supported teachers and leaders across a wide range of schools, settings and children’s services. She has seen how often talented professionals miss out on roles because their experience is not presented strongly enough, or because nerves take over at interview.
ElevateEd exists to change that. It offers practical, tailored support to help education professionals identify the right next step, strengthen applications, prepare strategically for interview and progress with greater clarity and confidence.
At its heart, ElevateEd is not only about securing a new role. It is about retaining good people in the profession, helping them recognise their value and supporting them to take the next step in a way that feels purposeful, realistic and right for them.
